• For best performance, install the gateway in an open and unobstructed location.
• The gateway should be placed as close as possible to the smart lock and router for stable communication.
• The gateway enables remote-control functions only when paired with a compatible smart door lock.
• Smart door lock is not included unless stated otherwise.
